Gary is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in the financial services industry. Transitioning from a distinguished career in the British Army in 1990, Gary embarked on a journey in financial consultancy that has spanned over three decades. As the CEO and Founder of Elysium44, a prominent legal consultancy based in the UAE, Gary has played a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex financial landscapes across the globe.

Lina brings a diverse background and a passion for law to her role. Born in La Tebaida, Quindio, Colombia, Lina’s journey has taken her across continents, enriching her experiences and shaping her professional trajectory.
Lina pursued her interest in criminal investigation by studying at the Politecnico Central Colombia. Her dedication to the field led her to further her education, culminating in a Law Degree from the University of La Rioja in Spain. Lina’s commitment to continuous learning is evident as she currently pursues her Masters, further enhancing her expertise.
Maria del Carmen Angulo
Legal Advisor
Maria del Carmen Angulo brings a unique blend of international legal expertise and human capital insight to Elysium 44. Originally from Peru, she holds a degree in Industrial Relations from Universidad San Martín de Porres (Lima, Peru) and a Master’s degree in Human Capital Management in Business from the University of Barcelona.
Driven by her passion for continuous learning and cross-border legal matters, Maria del Carmen Angulo furthered her academic credentials with both a law degree and a Master’s degree from the International University of La Rioja – enabling her to become a licensed practicing lawyer with the Barcelona Bar Association.
At Elysium 44, she plays a key role in advising on international estate planning, succession strategies, and regulatory compliance. Her global outlook and legal precision ensure that our clients’ assets are protected and structured efficiently, particularly for expatriates and high-net-worth individuals with complex cross-border needs.
